My name is Daniella Schofield and I am the manager at Waterside Care Home, feel free to read a brief description about me below.
 
I have been involved in the care industry ‘Blackpool’ since 1997, introduced as a care assistant, and progressing to the position of Registered Manager.
 
Since 2003, I have been managing Dementia/Mental Health services around the Blackpool area.
 
As the Home Manager I have continued to develop my skills and knowledge and have become a fully qualified professional, who leads a dedicated team of care assistants, who are fully trained and play a vital part in the creation of a natural, homely atmosphere within Waterside Care Home.
 
We pride ourselves on providing a friendly home environment with a care package tailored to meet individual needs.  We promote a comfortable environment that provides peace of mind, security, support and stimulation.
 
We see every resident as a unique individual and provide care that is based on respect and loving support.
